Things to Consider While Planning
Attendance is limited on a first-come, first-served basis for all membership levels. If your program is organizing a group to attend, please confirm available slots with the TPS Director of Member Services. We suggest selecting a trainee to coordinate internally who from your program will attend and to serve as a primary contact should TPS have any questions. Individuals are responsible for their own registration and securing a confirmation.

We understand last minute things can come up. Please be mindful that your "seat" is reserved for you and is non-transferable. If you are unable to attend please email TPS Director of Member Services to cancel your registration so that we may make that spot available for another colleague. Please do not secure your own replacement for your cancelled registration. Thank you for your consideration.

We hope you can attend, register here!

Thank you CHAT for the continued partnership!
