You must be a TPS resident, fellow, or medical student member to register for this event. If you are not, please sign-up online under your appropriate section (click here for Medical Student or here for Resident/Fellow). You can contact TPS Director of Member Services Crystal Healey, for assistance with membership. The event is first come, first serve with a deadline to register on or before February 26, 2021 at 8:00 AM. Once registration is full, TPS will keep a waiting list to register. After any cancellations, TPS will start to notify the individuals on the waiting list.
 
By registering for this event, I grant TPS permission to use my image for promotional purposes. I further understand and agree that my photo may be used in the TPS E-News, on the TPS website on TPS social media, or in other promotional materials. This event may be recorded for enduring purposes.
