By registering for this event, I grant TPS permission to use my image for promotional purposes. I further understand and agree that my photo may be used in the TPS E-News, on the TPS website on TPS social media, or in other promotional materials.

If you already know your TPS username and password, log-in to save time filling out information on the registration form. You will then be directed to a page that has your profile. Above your username there is a link to register for the Annual Meeting. It'll say "register here," click on the "here."

IF YOU ARE REGISTERING INDIVIDUALLY OR FOR MULTIPLE ATTENDEES, please choose the number of attendees below, and use this page to register the person who is logged in.  You will be prompted to provide information for additional registrants on subsequent pages after clicking the “continue” button at the bottom of this page. You must provide a name, email and contact information for each additional meeting participant.

IF YOU ARE REGISTERING A SPOUSE, CHILD, OR GUEST for all of the annual meeting events, you can do so by selecting that option on this page.  Simply select the button that reads “Spouse/Guest/Child over 5 Registration” and provide their name in the box under “guest list” at the bottom of this page. If you are registering more than one spouse/guest/child over 5 for all of the annual meeting events, please contact 512-370-1517 for assistance.

Additional guest tickets are necessary only for NON-REGISTERED meeting participants, spouses, children or guests. Please leave the “non-registered guest ticket” fields blank for registered attendees, and indicate a number there only if you will need extra tickets for these events for non-registered individuals.

Cancellation Information: Full refund if cancellation received in writing by Monday, August 5th. Refund of 75% of total fees paid if cancellation is received in writing between August 5th – September 6th. No refund if cancellation is received after September 6th.

2019 TPS Foundation Annual Benefit Under the Sea! Join us for a wonderful evening of food, music and entertainment on September 21st at the TPS Foundation's Annual Benefit. Tickets are $110 single ticket (ages 12 and older), $200 for a couples ticket and $50 for children under 12.

The 2019 TPS Foundation Raffle Prize will land you in Cloudcroft! A 5 night stay in Cloudcroft! Raffle prize includes: •5 nights in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cabin in Cloudcroft, NM. (Donated by Patti Patterson, MD). Surrounded by the Lincoln National Forest the cabin has a spectacular views and sits at an elevation of 8,200 feet. Accommodations are subject to availability and will expire one year from the date of the drawing. Tickets are $50 each or 3 for $125 and are available for purchase when you register for the TPS Meeting as well as our online raffle ticket purchase form, and our paper raffle ticket purchase form. The raffle drawing will occur live at the TPS Foundation Annual Benefit on September 21st in Plano. You DO NOT have to be present at the Annual Benefit Dinner to win the raffle.

The Awards Luncheon is included in physicians', fellows' and residents' registration fee. Medical Students/Nurses/Nurse Practitioners/Allied Health/Office Managers and Spouses/Guests must purchase a guest ticket if they would like to attend.
