TPS Foundation 2012 Annual Benefit


Join us for a wonderful evening of food, music and entertainment at the TPS Foundation's Annual Benefit.  Tickets are $70 per person including children 5 and older.  Tickets are available for purchase online and also when you register for the TPS Annual meeting.

Annual Benefit Information

The TPS Foundation Annual Benefit raises the majority of the funding that we provide in grants to the community.  Last year, our benefit raised over $47,000.  Those proceeds went directly to fund projects and programs that benefited children all over Texas.    Our 11th Annual Texas Pediatric Society Foundation Annual Benefit and fundraiser is being held on September 15, 2012 at the Marriott Plano Legacy Town Center in conjunction with the Texas Pediatric Society (TPS) Annual Meeting. There are several ways that you can help support our efforts at this event.

Sponsorships

We rely heavily on our Sponsors to help us offset the costs of this event.  Our sponsorships allow us to give the majority of the proceeds gerenerated at the event out in grants to support  child focused projects and programs all over Texas.  Becoming a sponsor is easy.  You can donate online with our online sponsor form if you are paying by credit card, or you complete our paper Sponsorship Form and mail it by September 1, 2012. List of sponsorship benefits are on the form!

Silent & Live Auctions

The Foundation would greatly appreciate items for our silent and live auctions! To donate an item to the auction, complete auction donation paperwork via our online form or the paper form and submit it no later than September 1, 2012. ALL auction donations will be acknowledged on the website and are tax deductible!

Raffle

The 2012 TPS Foundation Raffle Prize will land you and yours in the mountains of New Mexico!

A Week in Taos, NM!

Raffle prize includes:

•Two tickets on Southwest Airlines (Donated by Southwest Airlines)
•7 nights in Taos, New Mexico (Donated by Emilie Attwell Becker, M.D.)
Nestled between the town of Taos and Taos Ski Valley, sits a tiny hamlet called Valdez.  There awaits your destiny should you be the winner of the 2012 TPSF Raffle.  The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a wrap-around porch, and the Rio Hondo is the back yard perimeter (pictured below).


Flight and accomodations are subject to availability and will expire one year from the date of the drawing.

Tickets are $50 each or 3 for $125 and are available for purchase when you register for the TPS Meeting as well as our online raffle ticket purchase form.

The raffle drawing will occur live at the TPS Foundation Annual Benefit on September 15th in Plano.  You DO NOT have to be present at the Annual Benefit Dinner to win the raffle.
