Benefit Information
The TPS Foundation Annual Benefit raises the majority of the funding that we provide in grants to the community.   Mark your calendars!  The 9th Annual TPS Foundation Annual Benefit is scheduled for November 6th, 2010 at The Westin La Cantera in San Antonio.  Tickets to the benefit are $65 per person and can be purchased on your meeting registration form or by filling out the
benefit ticket and table reservation order form.  The benefit is open to the public.

Raffle Information

Silent Auction
The Foundation would greatly appreciate items for the silent auction!  To donate an item to the auction, complete the
Auction Donation Form and submit it no later than October 15, 2010.  ALL auction donations will be acknowledged on the website and are tax deductible!

Sponsorships
The Foundation is in need of sponsorships to offset the expenses of the benefit and to fund the community grant requests.  Please consider becoming a Benefit Sponsor by completing the Sponsorship Form and returning it by October 15, 2010.  List of sponsorship benefits are listed on the form!

Volunteer Information
The Foundation does not have full time paid staff.  It is run primarily by volunteers.  If you would like to volunteer to help with the benefit by soliciting auction items or sponsorships, setting up the auction, selling raffle tickets and/or be considered for membership on the TPS Foundation Board of Directors, please contact us!
